- Make sure that you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer. You can download the latest version of iTunes from here.
- Now connect your device to the computer.
- If you device is not detected or having issues, then we advice you to hold the “Power + Home” button for 10 seconds which will restart your iPhone/iPad.
- Now your device will be detected by iTunes, Select your device and choose the backup which you made prior updating to iOS 9.
- Use the backup and restore it.
